Nepali chutney (momo ko achar)

Spicy tomato chutney to eat momo's with. But you can eat this chutney with anything you fancy.


Ingredients

  • Wine Tomato 2-3

  • Garlic 2-3 cloves

  • Green chillies 4-5

  • 1/4-1/2 bunch of coriander leafs

  • Salt - as per taste

Method


First brown the tomato's like in the picture below.


Peel the skin of the tomato's and chop it.


Heat 2 tsp oil, add garlic and brown it.

Add the tomato's and green chillies, saute until its golden. Now grind above mixture with salt as required.


Ready to serve.
