Easy quick Kale salad (Mallung)

Ingredients


50g of fresh/frozen/desiccated coconut

Bunch of Kale finely sliced

2 medium red onion finely chopped

3 green chillies chopped

4 tbsp maldive fish or dry fish

1 tsp of mustard seeds

1/2 tsp turmaric powder

1/2 tbs of flake chillies.

1 tsp corse pepper powder salt to taste


Method


In a large pan on a medium heat put some oil, add mustard seeds. Once it starts splattering add the red onion and fry till its golden colour. Add the Kale and fry it a little. Add the coconut, green chillies, turmeric powder, flake chilli, pepper and salt to your taste and mix well and take it off the heat and serve it hot with rice.
